• EZpay Online Payment

Bexley Schools' parents/guardians can pay most student fees and charges via EZpay, by using a credit and/or debit card:
    • cafeteria accounts
    • athletics
    • field trips
    • school dances
Parents can also check a student’s recent café purchases.  Each transaction costs $2.00; EZpay allows multiple payments to be made at one time.  Because no personal or credit card information is kept online, the EZpay user must enter credit card information each time.  The system is available only via the Internet, not in Bexley’s cafes or offices; visit the EZpay online payment system website:
EzPay For more information about EZpay, call (866) 693-9729 or contact Julianna Carvi, Bexley’s Director of Food Services, or Kyle Smith, Treasurer (614) 231-7611.

Bexley Schools' Food Services Department focuses on quality nutrition, fulfilling meals including at least 50 percent fruit and vegetables, served in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The program works to expand students' tastes while also offering favorite foods. Middle and high school students can take up to four fruit or vegetable sides, an entrée, and milk, including a daily vegetarian soup and expanded salad bar.

OHIO DAYS! My State My Plate

Our first Ohio Days, My State My Plate, is Thursday, September 14th. We are serving Chicken Taco Salad with shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips. The tortilla chips are made right here in Franklin County and traveled less than 10 miles to get to your plate. All the other parts of the meal were grown and/or processed in our terrific state! Who are the venders? Roots Poultry, Kiko Tortillas, OH Chips, Bird Haven Farm, Bauman Orchard, Smith Dairy! Look for a map of the state in the cafeteria to see just how close these places are to our school!

    Veggie Bar

Each Bexley elementary school café features a Veggie Bar, with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and a fifth vegetable like cauliflower or celery, depending on what is season. The Veggie Bars help prepare children for a lifetime of healthy eating.

    Allergies and Intolerances

Bexley is a “peanut- and tree nut-free zone” to safeguard students who have allergies.

Parents/guardians of students with allergies should see the Health Forms section on Bexley Schools' Health Clinics page. If your child has a food intolerance, eg. lactose,  and you want to substitute juice for milk on the plate lunch please email Julianna Carvi with your request.

Want to limit your child's purchasing?

Fill out this spending limit form, send it with your child or email it to  Julianna Carvi to restrict thier spending.
