It's an exciting time to be in fifth grade!  In the next few weeks, students will get to work directly with author Michael J. Rosen and musician Michael Bashaw.  Students have been rotating to all of the fifth grade classrooms to learn about motion, sound, and light.  We have been building and racing cars, building musical instruments, and designing experiments to test out our new knowledge.  In the coming unit, we will learn about ancient civilizations and visit a planetarium.  Throughout all of this, students continue to work on their Exhibition, the culminating educational experience of Cassingham Elementary.
