Dear Parents and Guardians,
Bexley Carnival- May 18
Bexley
High School’s Key Club is conducting their second annual Bexley Carnival. The
Carnival is a community event with booths displaying the work Bexley’s high
schoolers have done. In addition, they will have food and games.
This
is all in an effort to raise money for the Buckeye Clinic in South Sudan. The
Buckeye Clinic has the mission to improve the health of persons living in
Piol, Twic East County, South Sudan, and surrounding villages with a primary
focus on maternal and child health.
The
Carnival is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Bexley
High School.

Elementary
students are able to register for the Top Chef Academy course from June

Book Fair Volunteers
The
Book Fair is coming up soon and Mr. Stevenson needs some volunteers! To

COSI on Wheels
COSI
on Wheels is coming to Montrose on May 2 and we are looking for 15-20 parent
volunteers to help for the day. If you can join us, please contact Katie
Anderson in the school office and let her know your availability.

Fun Day
Mr.
Strait is going to be asking for volunteers for Fun Day on May 29. We will be
sending a Sign Up Genius link shortly. This is to let you know to save the
date if you can volunteer.
State Testing continues this week
Make
sure your child is well fed and present in school on the days of testing. If
your child needs to make up a test, this will be arranged after your child
returns to school. Make ups must occur during the make-up window. Testing is
done on a computer and will take 75-90 minutes per test. If you have any
questions about testing fell free to contact Dr. Gage or your child’s
classroom teacher.
