Pay will no longer be used to collect athletic Pay-to-Participate Fees.
However, EZ Pay will remain for other district fees such as cafeteria
accounts. Pay to Participate fees can now be paid in one of two ways:1. Directly
to Final Forms using your credit card. Note there is a 4% surcharge
placed on your card for each transaction. Thus a $50 fee will result in
an additional $2 charge. This is less expensive than the $2.50 flat rate

2. You
or your child can still deliver cash or check directly to the Athletic
Department. There is no surcharge fee associated with this method of
payment.

City Schools strongly encourages all students to participate in
extracurricular activities and never wants a participation fee to be

Bexley City Board of Education policy states that a student-athlete cannot practice or compete until the Pay-to Participate fee has been addressed. Using EZ pay made this expectation difficult to administer because of the communication involved between EZ Pay, our treasurer’s office, Athletic Department, and coaches. Thus, the primary reason we have switched to Final Forms as our exclusive online athletic participation fee collector is that once a payment has been made it will be reflected on your student’s Final Form account within one to two business days which allows parents, athletic director, and coaches to know payment status in a more timely manner
