Intervention Specialist Extended School Year (ESY) Summer 2024 ONLY

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must hold Ohio teaching license for Intervention Specialist (K-12) License, with Specific Learning Disabilities and/or Behavioral Handicapped certification preferred
  • Certified in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
  • Experience preferred
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  • Instruct students with individualized education programs (IEPs) on their goals and objectives determined for ESY by their IEP team
  • Responsible for planning, instruction, data collection and communication with families
  • Securing the safety of students and reporting their progress
*Daily hours: 8:00am to 11:00am

This position is for the 2024 extended school year only.  Must commit to at least one full week of the dates below:

June 5: orientation 9am to 11am
June 11, 12, 13*
June 25, 26, 27*
July 16, 17, 18*
July 23, 24, 25*

*must be able to work at least one entire week

Rate of pay $50.00 per hour
